Procurement is one of the most complex, painful, and underserved functions in enterprise business.
For decades, companies have been sourcing through spreadsheets, endless emails, slow approvals, manual supplier searches, and fragmented processes.
ZINIT is changing that.
We're building an AI-native B2B SaaS platform that helps enterprise companies discover suppliers, run competitive sourcing events, and unlock measurable savings — not in months, but in days.
We're already working with enterprise customers across multiple international markets and are entering the next stage of global growth.
Now we're looking for a Senior Account Executive to accelerate our commercial expansion across the Americas, with a core focus on large enterprise clients headquartered in North America.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will not be responsible for building or managing a sales team.
We're looking for someone who can open doors through credibility and an established enterprise network, build their own pipeline, and personally lead complex B2B SaaS deals from the first conversation through signature and expansion.
What You'll Own
Enterprise Revenue
- Carry and deliver an ambitious individual new-business and ARR quota.
- Source, develop, and close complex enterprise SaaS opportunities across the Americas.
- Build and maintain your own high-quality pipeline instead of waiting for mature opportunities to arrive.
- Create clear account plans, deal strategies, and mutual action plans for priority opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and full visibility into deal progress, risks, and next steps.
Network-Led Growth
- Activate an existing network of CPOs, Procurement leaders, CFOs, Operations leaders, Shared Services executives, and other senior decision-makers.
- Use trusted relationships, warm introductions, referrals, industry events, and professional communities to open priority accounts.
- Turn relationships into qualified commercial conversations while protecting long-term trust and credibility.
- Continuously expand your network across target industries and enterprise buying groups.
- Represent ZINIT confidently in executive meetings, conferences, roundtables, and strategic customer discussions.
Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales
- Personally lead the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery through business case, proposal, negotiation, and contract signature.
- Run consultative discovery that connects procurement challenges to measurable business value.
- Navigate complex buying committees, security and legal reviews, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder decision cycles.
- Build executive-level value propositions for CPO, CFO, COO, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations audiences.
- Structure commercial proposals and negotiate high-value enterprise agreements.
- Create momentum, manage objections, and close with discipline.
Pipeline & Market Development
- Build pipeline through personal outreach, your professional network, referrals, partners, events, and coordinated outbound activity.
- Identify high-potential accounts, industries, and use cases for ZINIT in the US market.
- Partner with SDR and Marketing resources while remaining personally accountable for pipeline creation.
- Develop repeatable messaging and outreach angles based on real market conversations.
- Share field intelligence on competitors, buying signals, objections, and emerging opportunities.
You will not inherit a mature pipeline.
You will build it, convert it, and own the result.
Strategic Customer Relationships
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and become a credible advisor on procurement transformation.
- Position ZINIT as a strategic business partner rather than simply a software vendor.
- Stay close to customers after signature to protect value realization and identify expansion opportunities.
- Create strong executive sponsorship on both sides of the relationship.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Work closely with the CEO, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations on priority deals.
- Bring structured customer feedback and commercial insight into product and go-to-market decisions.
- Coordinate internal resources effectively without adding unnecessary process.
- Keep ownership clear and move opportunities forward with speed.
AI-Driven Sales Excellence
We believe AI should amplify commercial performance — not replace commercial judgment.
You will actively use AI to:
- improve account and stakeholder research;
- personalize outreach and executive messaging;
- prepare discovery and commercial meetings;
- analyze sales conversations and deal risks;
- strengthen proposals and business cases;
- automate administrative work and protect selling time.
The Stage We're At

You'll work directly with:

- Strategic partners and industry communities
