How the success fee works
Participation is completely free, only the chosen supplier pays a commission. See how the fee works before you begin.
Registering, setting up your profile, and submitting offers are all completely free — no subscription, no deposit, no fund blocking required.
The fee is calculated based on the total value of the winning offer. Click Fee Scale on any RFP to check the updated table.

Company Profile
Configure your organization's information so it appears correctly on RFPs and buyers can find you.
Select your country, enter your company's tax ID (EIN for US companies) and click Search. The system will automatically retrieve your company's registration data.
If the automatic lookup doesn't find your company, you can manually enter your website and company name to continue.
Click Edit and fill in your company's logo, official company name, brand name, and a short description of your main activities. Click Confirm when done.
Click Edit on the Details block and fill in: EIN/Tax ID, legal name, number of employees, and company registration date. Click Confirm when done.
Click Edit on the Contacts block and fill in: website (must start with https://), supplier email, phone number, and official business address. Click Confirm.
In the We sell section, click Edit and enter keywords describing your products and services. Click Confirm. The platform uses these tags to match your company with relevant RFPs — the more specific, the better.
Click Edit and select on the map the states and regions where your company delivers goods or provides services. Click Confirm.
Click Add document to upload certifications and compliance documents relevant to your industry. Maximum file size: 25 MB per file.
The platform will generate a full profile preview. Review all the information you've entered and click Confirm and complete registration.
Finding Requests (RFPs)
Access the platform's public RFPs and filter the right opportunities for your company.
Participation is completely free — no subscription, deposit, or fund blocking required. At the top of any RFP page, click Fee Scale to see the current fee table.
Click Company Profile in the top left corner, then select Requests. You will see all public RFPs on the platform. Filter by status to find opportunities relevant to your company:
Click any RFP to view its full details: description, delivery address, tags, deadline, bid type, offer visibility, currency, tax considerations, and whether alternative offers are allowed.
Click View specification to see each item listed with technical details. If there is no specification, the buyer expects a generic offer covering the full RFP scope.
Making an Offer
Fill in your proposal with prices, taxes, and supporting documents, then submit to the buyer.
On the RFP page, click Start offer preparation. A dialog will appear — confirm your name and email, fill in your phone number, read and check the User Agreement and commission terms, then click Participate.
After joining, you'll see the RFP page with tabs at the top: Request, Bid, Comparison, Final Results. Click the Bid tab to open your offer form.
In the Specification field, click Edit to open the item spreadsheet. For each item, fill in:
- 1. Availability — check the checkbox for items your company can supply
- 2. Quantity — confirm or adjust the available quantity
- 3. Unit price without tax — set the value per unit in the RFP currency
- 4. Tax rate — select the correct rate (17%, 20%, 22%, 25%, 30%, etc.)
After filling in all items, click Save in the top right corner of the spreadsheet.
In the Offer and documentation section, click Add document to attach technical sheets or certifications that support your offer.
Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF. Maximum: 25 MB per file.
If the buyer has created a questionnaire for this RFP, click View criteria and answer all the questions. These responses are important for the buyer's evaluation and can differentiate your offer.
Click Send offer to submit your main proposal. If the buyer allows it, you can also send a second alternative offer with variations in price, quantity, deadlines, or payment terms — it doesn't replace your main offer and gives the buyer more options to consider.
Tracking & Results
Monitor the status of your offers and find out when you win.
On the home screen, the Activities panel shows your real-time stats: Offers sent, Winning offers, Total requests, and Active requests. Use the My offers sidebar menu to filter and manage all submitted proposals.
On each RFP page, use the tabs at the top to track your progress:
- Request — full details and the RFP specification
- Bid — edit or review your offer while the deadline is open
- Comparison — see how your offer compares to others (if the buyer enabled visibility)
- Final Results — see the winner and final details after the RFP closes
You will receive automatic email notifications at each important stage: when comparison begins, when the RFP closes, when a winner is selected, and — if you win — when the invoice is issued.
Congratulations! The buyer will notify the platform of their decision, and you will receive the invoice with the success fee by email. You do not need to take any action on the platform itself — the invoice arrives directly to your inbox.
