Zinit Journal is an editorially independent publication focused on practical insights, data-driven analysis and real-world case studies in B2B procurement and related fields.

Last updated: April 17, 2026

Mission & Scope

Zinit Journal publishes articles, guides and case studies that help procurement leaders, category managers and business decision-makers run better sourcing, supplier and spend management processes. We focus on topics such as procurement strategy, tail spend optimization, RFP/RFQ practices, vendor management, e-procurement tools and sector-specific procurement challenges in industries including FMCG, beauty, HoReCa, manufacturing and services. We do not publish general business advice, unrelated financial commentary or purely promotional material without clear and verifiable value for procurement professionals.

Types of Content

We regularly publish the following types of contributions:

  • Research-based analytical articles that synthesise market data, benchmarks and industry reports
  • Practical how-to guides that offer step-by-step recommendations and tools for solving procurement problems
  • Case studies describing real projects run by buyers, suppliers, agencies or technology providers, including concrete results and lessons learned
  • Expert interviews with practitioners and thought leaders in procurement and supply management
  • Short opinion pieces clearly marked as commentary when they reflect an individual author's perspective

Submission & Editorial Process

All submissions are first screened for fit with the journal's scope, originality and clarity. Articles that pass this initial check are edited for structure, style and relevance to our audience. Where appropriate, we may request revisions from the author. Final publication decisions rest with the editorial team, which may decline manuscripts that do not meet our standards for quality, evidence or ethical conduct.

Use of Data & Sources

We encourage authors to base their work on current, reputable sources, including official statistics, government-affiliated research, peer-reviewed studies and recognised industry reports. All data, quotes and third-party materials must be clearly attributed, with links to primary sources where possible. Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use any figures, tables or images included in their article.

Ethics, Transparency & Conflicts of Interest

Zinit Journal does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication or manipulation of data. Authors must disclose any financial or professional relationships that could be perceived as influencing the content of their article, including employment, consulting engagements or commercial ties with companies mentioned in the text. Where relevant, the editorial team may add a short disclosure statement to the published article.

From time to time, we may publish sponsored or partner content created in collaboration with advertisers or commercial partners. Such material is clearly labelled as 'Sponsored' or 'Partner content' and must still comply with our basic standards for accuracy, relevance and transparency. Editorial control over headlines, disclaimers and labelling always remains with Zinit Journal.

Language & Style

Zinit Journal publishes in English. We aim for a clear, concise and professional tone accessible to an international audience of practitioners. Jargon should be explained on first use, and claims should be supported by concrete examples or data wherever possible. The editorial team may adapt headlines, introductions and formatting to improve readability while preserving the substance of the author's work.

Corrections & Updates

If significant errors or omissions are identified after publication, we correct the article as soon as reasonably possible and, where necessary, add a note explaining the change. For topics that evolve rapidly, we may update or archive older articles to ensure that the information on Zinit Journal remains accurate and timely.
