ZINIT is transforming how enterprise companies manage sourcing and procurement. We're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to build a strong outbound pipeline in the Indonesian market.

What you'll do

  • Generate high-quality outbound leads — new and expansion opportunities
  • Identify target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Present ZINIT's value proposition clearly and effectively
  • Qualify leads through structured conversations
  • Book strategic meetings for senior sales
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
  • Execute consistent follow-ups to move prospects forward

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years in SDR / BDR / outbound sales (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Confidence in cold calling and outbound campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to ask insightful qualification questions
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools
  • High motivation and resilience in fast-paced environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and real ownership attitude
