Which AI assistants can I use?
Claude, Codex, Gemini, Grok or another AI assistant. The skill uses a universal instruction format, with setup details included in the download. Your assistant needs file analysis or code execution to generate the reports; its account and usage terms apply.
What happens to my spend data?
This page does not accept your spend file. The form records your full name, work email, company and current job title, together with page and attribution information and your tracking choice. The bundled analysis engine reads local input and writes local outputs without network calls or telemetry. Your AI assistant may send context or file contents to its provider under your permissions and account settings.
Can I use the Claude.ai browser app?
For Claude.ai, enable code execution and file creation and follow the custom-skill setup instructions in the kit. Your Claude account settings control how files are handled. It's a Claude.ai skill — Zinit doesn't get access to your data.
What file formats does it read?
Use an XLSX or UTF-8 CSV spend export with the columns described in the kit. The included sample provides a starting point. Your assistant can help prepare other data formats before running the local analysis command.
What's actually in the workbook?
Category and supplier breakdowns, comparable historical price observations, source-row references and prioritized validation actions. Contract leakage, should-cost and sourcing savings remain unassessed or unpriced questions instead of assumed percentages.
Can I try it on sample data first?
