Here it is.
Two ways to use it, and they are genuinely alternatives — same skill either way. Take whichever suits how you work.
Install it
Claude keeps the skill and reaches for it on its own, every time you bring it spend data.
Download the .zipIn Claude: open Settings, then Skills, then Add, and upload the zip. Needs code execution enabled, which Anthropic offers on Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise.
Attach it
Works in a single conversation, on any Claude plan — the free one included. Nothing to install, nothing to switch on.
Download the .mdOpen a conversation at claude.ai, attach the file, tell Claude to follow it, then attach your spend export.
If the Skills screen has moved, it is still under Settings in Claude — search the settings page for "skills" and it will be there.

How it works in Claude
Three steps, none of them an install wizard
Step 1
Download the file.
One markdown file. No installer, no account with us, no dependencies.
procurement-spend-analyzer.zip
Step 2
Give it to Claude.
Two ways, and you pick. Attach the .md to a conversation and it works there and then, on any plan. Or add the .zip under Skills in your Claude settings and Claude keeps it, reaching for it on its own whenever you bring it spend data — that route needs code execution enabled, on Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise.
Follow this skill and analyse my spend file.
Step 3
Drop in your spend export.
An XLS or CSV with supplier, category or item description, price and spend. Claude does the analysis and writes the workbook. No sample data to hunt for — one is on the download page.

The questions people actually ask
Do I need Claude, and which plan?
A claude.ai account, and that is all — attaching the file to a conversation works on any plan, free included. Installing it permanently as a Skill needs code execution enabled, which Anthropic offers on Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. We have no visibility into your Claude account either way.
What happens to my spend data?
The analysis runs in your Claude conversation, on the file you attach there. This page never asks you to upload spend data, and the download does not send anything back to us — the form above collects the email address you typed and nothing else. What Anthropic does with a conversation is governed by your own Claude account settings, not by us. It's a Claude.ai skill — Zinit doesn't get access to your data.
What file formats does it read?
XLS, XLSX or CSV. A pasted table works too. It needs columns it can read as supplier, category or item description, price and spend — names do not have to match exactly.
What's actually in the workbook?
A category breakdown, the savings opportunities it found with the reasoning behind each one, should-cost benchmarks where it can build them, and a summary view built to be shown to leadership rather than read line by line.
Can I try it on sample data first?
Yes — an example spend file is on the download page next to the skill. Run that first if you would rather not start with your own numbers.
Want it run for you?
Book a walkthrough instead.
Thirty minutes with a procurement manager, built around your categories. The skill stays yours either way.

Nothing to install on your side, and no call attached to it.
